I Have A Lot Of Pain In My Back Under

I have a lot of pain in my back under my shoulder blade. Hurts more with movement , occasionally when taking a deep breath, but definitely when laying down. My mother says that it's trapped air (gas) and I have been belching a lot. whats good to take for it?
