I Have A Lot Of Pressure In My Ears That

I have a lot of pressure in my ears that seems to extend down into my neck. There is moderate dull pain with some intermitent sharp pains. Sore throat on the side in which I feel the pressure. Pressure moves from ear to ear never clearing up completely in either ear.
