I have a lot of problems with gas. Not a lot of pain. It slips out when I stand, walk, exercise, etc. I use a probiotic and found another that says it’s for gas. Not much works. I don’t use dairy products and try to have fruits and vegetables daily. It’s very embarrassing. Some times I have loose bowel movements after eating. Any ideas on what to do? I have also like limited my bread consumption
