I Have A Lot Of Symptoms But I Have Not

I have a lot of symptoms but I have not been diagnosed. First I have continuous chest pain right in the center of the top of my breast. The pain is the worse during any kind of exercise and only lessens after exercising or moving for about an hour. Even sudden exertion or movement causes extreme pain. I have had x-rays and even been to the heart doctor but nothing have been found. I think I need a cat scan, but no one has suggested it. Also I have been to the doctor twice and treated for a uti that I don't have. They did find a small amount of blood once, but antibiotics have not worked. Still have pelvic pain, lower back pain and frequent urination especially at night. I am not diabetic (2 tests) and my blood pressure is awesome. I am overweight. Also they did a scope after I tested negative for a uti. The results were all normal. I haven't had a decent night sleep in months. HELP!
