I Have A Low Positive RA Factor And A Low

I have a low positive RA factor and a low positive ANA factor, and I am on Plaquenil, and have been for several years. I have developed several cysts in my right foot and my Podiatrist thinks that it could be a manifestation of RA. My mother had severe RA, and I have been having RA flares lately. I am going to a second rheumatologist for another opinion because the first refuses to work with the podiatrist. What is your opinion?
