I Have A Lower Abdomen Pressure And Tightness Thing Going

I have a lower abdomen pressure and tightness thing going on. I ended my period a few days ago. However it was 2 days early and ended after the fifth day. Me and my bf ended up having sex on the fifth day which in assuming stopped my bleeding. I got off of birth control back in July what is going on should I be worried.
