I Have A Lower Left Back Pain That Goes Through

I have a lower left back pain that goes through the hip to the "front" of my shin. It feel like it's in a vice grip. I was told it's not sciatica but it's constant. It hurts to walk, run, sit and even sleep unless I stretch it out. Not sure what's going on but it's been months now.
