I Have A Lump And/or Swelling At The Top Of

I have a lump and/or swelling at the top of my butt crack just to the left and it makes it uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time. I have looked online and I think it could be a boil, pilonidal cyst or an anal fistula but is there any at home remedies for this or should I go to the doctor.
