I Have A Lump Behind By Ear Which A Doctor

I have a lump behind by ear which a doctor told me to keep an eye on as he thinks it's a cast but if it gets bigger I need to go back. Now my eyes always feel tired I'm never hungry I got a lack of energy and I've got what feels lk a constant headache
