I Have A Lump Going Up And Down My Fibula

I have a lump going up and down my fibula and I think because I have a wrap-around where the lump is....I was doing football drills when I made a cut and I don't know what happened....I was able to walk it off but after my long drive home I got stiff and now it's really stiff... I can get range of motion slowly thru the stiffness.
