I Have A Lump, Guess It's A Lymph Node, In

I have a lump, guess it's a lymph node, in front of my ear toward the top. Sometimes it's very prominent and it is hard. I have had some sinus congestion and a slight earache but nothing major. Have taken a round of antibiotics but it's still there as is one in my neck below my ear. Could it be something other than just an infection from sinuses?
