I Have A Lump In My Anal Hole Its Making

I have a lump in my anal hole its making me really uncomfortable an it hurts a little bit. I noticed it after i used the bathroom last night before i went to work i was having trouble with my Bal movement coming out i really have to push to get it out.. Lump formed over night
