I Have A Lump In My Throat Feeling For A

I have a lump in my throat feeling for a month now. Went to dr and she felt thyroid and didn't feel anything abnormal. I had fluid in ears and sinus infection. I was just wondering could this feeling be due to ears? I have also got indigestion and have been taking Zantac and never noticed it as much when I took Zantac.
