I Have A Lump In The Front Of My Neck,

I have a lump in the front of my neck, a lil tender not protruding for about 4 days and have felt really dizzy & a lot of pressure within my head & face. Also rushes of intense pressure rush over me. Ive been feeling faint n sickly as well. Also have sharp pains that occur in my head for 5-10 seconds then subside. Thanks for your help.
