I Have A Lump Inside And At The End Of

I have a lump inside and at the end of my tongue it is tender to pinch it it is hard and developed overnight I have had a cold since December 24th and bronchitis after that along with a sinus infection I still have a cough and sore throat and am getting a cold sore on my lip could any of these symptoms be causing the lump in my tongue
