I Have A Lump Just Inferior To My Patella. It

I have a lump just inferior to my patella. it is getting larger. I had surgery to repair a quad rupture two years ago. at the time I think my doc said something about a bone island but then you could only see it on an xray. It has gotten progressively larger.
