I Have A Lump Left Of My Belly Button Up

I have a lump left of my belly button up to my left rib doesn't hurt belly button is also pushed out on left inside looks raw odor wet inside belly button I wash dry it out also have put alcohol on it....lump started out last year smaller but has gotten larger ...what can it be? Should I be worried and see a doctor asap?
