I Have A Lump On Buttock. Started Yesterday But Has

I have a lump on buttock. Started yesterday but has expanded in swelling over night and during the day as i sat on it. Feels hard and is pushing out. Has a little opening in the middle of the swelling that has healed over. Very painful when i sit on my bum.
