I Have A Lump On My Bicep For A Couple

I have a lump on my bicep for a couple of months now, I thought it was a busted blood vessel or spider bite but it's not changed whatsoever over time. It doesn't hurt, no irritation but I'm not one to get these types of things so I'm unsure if it's anything serious. I can feel something under the skin, pea sized.
