I Have A Lump On My Chest Bone On The

I have a lump on my chest bone on the right side by my neck seems has gotten bigger causing pain in neck and right arm and chest . I have been having test for thyroid cancer. Test were being done because of bloodwork. Last test negative. they did cat scan without dye because they could not get i.v. in . Test was negative. Also they done ultrasound ,doppler on my legs negative for clots but have to go for cardiovascular problems, not getting enough blood to legs and feet. Have had real bad swelling in lower legs and feet . For this last week all swelling is gone but still cold right foot kinda purple looking. Have good pulse in both feet on top havent checked ones on side of feet.I am female 53 years old many health problems. Copd being one,high blood pressure please help with knowledge, scared of doctors here
