I Have A Lump On My Forehead That Appeared About

I have a lump on my forehead that appeared about a week ago now a second lump has appeared today in the same vacinity. About a 1/4 inch in size hard but not painful, I do not have any know medical issues and am not taking any medication? What is it and how can I prevent this from happening?
