I Have A Lump On My Forehead That Appeared Today

I have a lump on my forehead that appeared today without injury. After messing with it it started swelling and is now a huge knot, taking about an hour to swell. A couple inches wide. No discoloration.
I've had a bad headache all day.
I have no idea what it is or could be or if I should seek medical attention.
