I Have A Lump On My Jaw Line About A

I have a lump on my jaw line about a inch from corner of my chin. Its movable and painful and is the size of maybe a dime. But i have been sick and i did have a swollen glade in my throat / umder my jaw. What could this be ? It only appeared when my gland swelled.
