I Have A Lump On My Palate Left Side Near

I have a lump on my palate left side near the front teeth. Im not sure it began after or before i replaced oone of my front teeth with a fiberglass one. Its hard n not sore. If u press hard it releases some dicharge like. Then after a few minutes its hard again.
