I Have A Lump On My Right Side On My

I have a lump on my right side on my throat and it feels like something is stuck in my throat. my question to you is what could be wrong? it goes away after a few days and then a few weeks later it comes back. I do not have insurance or I would be at a doctors office now. just worried
