I Have A Lump On My Spine Between The Shoulder

I have a lump on my spine between the shoulder blades. It is painful when some one touches my back on the spine area. I have had this growth for several years. It has gotten some larger. My dermatologist shot something into it a year or more ago that helped for some time. I am 87 years old and in good health.
