I Have A Lump On My Tongue And It Is

I have a lump on my tongue and it is orange at the top and white at the base and I have a swore throat that is makeing it hurt to breath and I have started to weaz and then I have swollen spot on both sides of my inner cheek and I got all of this within minutes of wakeing up from surgery and the spots in my cheek are white and are starting to go numb
