I Have A Lump On The Back Of My Neck

I have a lump on the back of my neck on the right side. It hurts sometimes in kind of an achey way and when I apply pressure to it or rub it, it feels sort of crunchy. It's not that big maybe an inch or two and it's right below my skull. Its close to my spine also.
