I Have A Lump On The Bottom Side Of My

I have a lump on the bottom side of my arm about an inch under my implanon. It hurts really bad and is kinda warm to the touch. I did have my flu shot in that arm 4 days ago but that was on the top side not the bottom. What's going on? What should I do? Do you think it could be a problem with my implanon or something else?
