I Have A Lump On The Inside Crease Of My

I have a lump on the inside crease of my left elbow. It is right under a scar from multiple blood draws I had years ago. I just noticed it today because it is painful. Out of ten I would rate the pain about a 2 but I am just worried because it seems associated with the place that I had my blood drawn.
