I Have A Lump On The Right Nostril At The

I have a lump on the right nostril at the bone and is solid to touch has pain when touched and has swollen one side of my nose it has me kind of worried as when I shine a light up the nostril some of the skin has a faint white colour to it and is swollen as well, the lump doesn't move it is just a solid lump any idea what this could be it has came over night?
