I Have A Lump On The Right Side Of The

I have a lump on the right side of the suprasternal notch It's hard and hurts from time to time without provocation. But if I lightly press on it, i can feel pressure in my scapula. I also have trouble reaching above my head and reachingand reaching forward. What are some things i can check into as far as cause and cure?
