I Have A Lump On The Side Of My Neck

I have a lump on the side of my neck on the left. I also passed out last year causing me to projectile vomit for 10 minutes and then switch between freezing and boiling within a matter of seconds after I passed out. Since then I've been going dizzy every day and my vision closes in. I'm not sure if the lump and dizziness are related I just want to know what's wrong with me
