I Have A Lump That Appeared On The Top Of

I have a lump that appeared on the top of my head. it is in the area of a baby's anterior fontanelle. it feels tear drop shaped and is approx 2.5 cm at its widest and 3.5 cm from front to back starting approx 0.5 cm from the hairline on my forehead. should I be concerned? The other piece of this is that I have had a vascular tinnitus for the last 7 years that went from occasional to constant. any direction would be appreciated.
