I Have A Lump That Started In The Top Of

I have a lump that started in the top of my right hip a few days ago and has gotten larger in the last few days.it is very painful especially to the touch. I have ddd in my lumbar vertebrae and a history of pid, bursitis and ovarian cysts. Should i go to the er.
