I Have A Lump That Was On The Front Part

I have a lump that was on the front part of my groin area. I squeezed it and what look like blood came up and compiled near the top of the skin. I have PCOS and do tend to get boils but this does not seem to be a cyst or boil, it seems too deep in the skin. It is like a pimple, in the skin, filled with blood?
