I Have A Lump The Size Of A Plum Right

I have a lump the size of a plum right where my dolor plexus is. I noticed it a month ago when I leaned backwards to stretch. Yesterday it started to become painful when I bent over at the waist.

I have assumed it is cancer but I have no idea really.
