I Have A Lump The Size Of A Silver Dollar

I have a lump the size of a silver dollar sticking out of the right side of my forehead. It is dark red in color. I had breast cancer this year, a little nervous. What could this be. Also have been scratching my scalp I think I have some sort of rash also. Please help, Gloria
