I Have A Lump Under My Chin On The Left

I have a lump under my chin on the left and it was swollen for a while. I ruled it out to be a lymph node that was swollen because of a cold sore on my lip. But it has been about a week and a half and the lump hasn't gone away. It has shrinked but not completely gone. Not only that around that time, I had really bad headaches and daily nosebleeds. I also have a lump on the left side on top of my jaw next to my cheeks. It was from a previous infection but also didn't go away. Should I be worried and get it checked out?
