I Have A Lump Under The Skin In My Cheek

I have a lump under the skin in my cheek and years ago there was a spot in the same place but that went but now its like a lump thats full of white smelly puss and i have to keep squeezing it to clear puss but there is always sum left hanging out so i try and pull it.with tweezers but it feels stuck,i squeezed it last night and now cheek has swallow.
