I Have A Lymph Node In My Hip Flexor (almost

I have a lymph node in my hip flexor (almost pinpointed to the hip flexor - on the right side). I am experiencing back pain and headaches. I am a personal trainer, however, I have not injured the area. I am a 55 YO female. Could the back pain and headache be associated with the apparent lymph node? Also to note, the lymph node is fairly large (probably 1 inch in diameter). Thank you for your input.
