I Have A Lymph Node That Is Swollen In My

I have a lymph node that is swollen in my neck. has been there since july and i have been treated 3 times with antibiotics. by three different docs. and say dentist just to make sure. it gets larger when tired or run down, but has never gone away. need advise on where to go next. two of the docs were general and one ent. please help
