I Have A Malignant Yet Dormant Brain Tumor Called An

I have a malignant yet dormant brain tumor called an astrocytoma, it's been through two surgeries, 60 radiation treatments, and a test chemo called Topotecan. I did have bad nosebleeds prior to the diagnosis. The last two weeks I've been having very minor " one Kleenex" bleeds, no other symptoms. Just had an MRI two weeks ago and everything was stable. Should I be worried about these little bleeds? Lorinda
