I Have A Marble Size Round Hard Bump On On

I have a marble size round hard bump on on my labia Minora and it comes and goes but this time it looks more bolder but not too painful just little sore when I rub it. Using warm water soaks and hot compresses. Are there other treatments of choice...Never mind I thought this was free. I will go see my PCP
