I Have A Marble Sized Growth On My Scrotum Just

I have a marble sized growth on my scrotum just next to my inner thigh. It’s slightly reddish, and feels tender but not really painful otherwise. Any idea what this could be? Should I be doing something for this or seeing a general practitioner immediately?
