I Have A Mark On My Leg That Has Been

I have a mark on my leg that has been there since I had my daughter 4 years ago. It looks like a hickey. Some days it's redder than other but it's always there and now looks like another one is starting. It's starting to concern me. It's doesn't hurt or itch, nothing like that. I do not have a family doctor and am looking into finding one. Do you know what this could be? I do have a picture of it as well.
