I Have A Mass That Starts Between My Rib Cages

I have a mass that starts between my rib cages and stops above my belly button. It is hard and is about 4 inches wide 2 inches feel and 10 inches long. It doesn't hurt but I have a lot of problems with my digestive system and bloating. I also will have a gurgling sensation on my left side next to my rib cage. I usually put pressure on it to help the uncomfortable sensation. Thanks
