I Have A Massive Lump On The Right Side Of

I have a massive lump on the right side of the back of my neck. It comes and go's, I've had it for as long as I can remember.alately it's been really painful, and it's hardened and is getting bigger.ive also been constantly dizzy alately and extremely tired and have no energy, if that helps..I'm wondering if you could tell me what it is? As I don't want to waste a doctors time going to the doctors,just for them to say it's nothing.
