I Have A Medical Question My Mother-in-law Is On Her

I have a medical question my mother-in-law is on her way to brain surgery again for the 4th time..... We'd like to know if she can see another doctor before having to go in.... The reason why is because the mesh the put in her head is showing and she still jas the same hole on top of her head as she lived with thos hole already for nina years while it oozed what she would like is anpther opinion?!
