I Have A Mentally Handicappedbrother Who Is 58. He Has

I have a mentally handicappedbrother who is 58. He has an umbical hernia and some issues a few days ago. Took to er and drs said it looked fine and sent him home after 2 bags iv fluids. Since then he hasnt eaten hardly anything and complains of throat bothering him. And also has had hiccups every day. My parents and I are concerned.
